Pied Wheatear!

Ringing goes on in good numbers. Blackcaps had a little wave one morning and among them also many new Lesser Whitethroats. Yesterday gave us a nice surprise as in the middle of ringing we found Pied Wheatear jumping on the ground just 10 meters from the ringing laboratory. Of course we did catch it! The first rarity caught here for this season.
