Excellent ringing

Ringing goes on perfectly! Today was the best day of this spring with 400 birds caught. Lesser Whitethroats had a massive wave last night and this morning all the bushes were full of them. Last days have offered nice variation for our ringing list here at the IBRCE but we also did one night birding/ringing in Yotvata which produced Egyptian Nightjars, Stone Curlews, Desert Eagle Owl and so on. At IBRCE the best ones have been 3 Subalpine Warblers, Menétriés's Warbler and Little Crake.

We haven't done much birdwatching during last days. We met Cyprus Wheatear again at K20 yesterday and some Citrine Wagtails here and there.
