This morning I went to ring in the reeds of Laajalahti for the first time this autumn. Weather was very nice and we had good morning with many
Acrocephalus-warblers. Naturally,
acros are the main interest there. It's possible to catch 4-5 species of
acros there during a normal August morning. So it's a good place to learn id those young warblers, especially Reed vs. Marsh Warbler can sometimes be a bit tricky.
