During Christmas time I visited my parents in Kajaani. Weather was like almost every year during the end of December, daily temperature varied from -20 to -30'C. There were not too many birds around but still I could find some survivors to get at least some photos of birds in icy surroundings.
Pine Grosbeaks were again very tame but because of very short daylight for feeding and low temperature I didn't want to catch them.
