This January I was ringing in Jyväskylä with my friend Antti Pesola. We caught an adult female Redpoll which was carrying finnish ring not familiar to me. I have been ringing in the same place earlier and sometimes we retrap birds ringed by me in this place but this one was not my bird. Last week I received the ringing data of this bird and the bird was ringed by my friend Johanna Lakka in Höylas Bird Observatory in Joensuu 10th October 2009. What a nice retrap!
